SHIPPING INFORMATION

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and performance integrity concerns, the following specialized athletic footwear cannot be returned:

  • Baseball Cleats (worn on dirt/grass surfaces)
  • Football Cleats (exposed to field conditions)
  • Customized or special-order items (including team orders)
  • Limited-edition releases marked as “final sale”
  • Any item showing signs of wear or use

Return Process

Follow these steps for a smooth return:

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package Securely: Include the RMA number on your package and use original packaging when possible

Exchange Process

For size or style exchanges:

  • Follow the same initial steps as the return process
  • Clearly indicate your desired exchange item (including size/color)
  • We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item

Refund Details

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Refund timeline: 5-10 business days after processing (varies by financial institution)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
