1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required
Important Note: For hygiene and performance integrity reasons, customized or special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes team orders and limited-edition releases marked as “final sale.”

7. Performance Footwear Exceptions

Due to the specialized nature of certain athletic footwear, the following items cannot be returned for hygiene and performance reasons:

  • Baseball Cleats (worn on dirt/grass surfaces)
